Client's Vision
SGF and client will be able to come together and review client's vision of project. SGF will collect data and inform client as to what we can offer in a full project phase.
Concept Design
At this stage SGF will review our client's information about project. We then create multiple concept designs so that we can fully understand what our clients envisioned. Then client will choose from design specs that fully complement their vision.
Estimated Budget/Solution for Project Start-up
After the proposed solution has been accepted, SGF design team would present the design spec and estimated budget for client to review. These documents will detail what the design team envisioned, address design and cost parameters, then review technical considerations such as mounting, optics, as well as conditions for project install and environmental requirements.
Implementation
Once SGF design team has a project and engineering design plan that meets the goal of the client's vision, schedules are then created in anticipation for a final contract to proceed, and the target project install date is determined. After the contract is finalized, the project is launched into action.
Submittals/Approvals
The manufacturing process begins by transforming the design spec and preliminary engineering concepts into mechanically, optically, electrically and thermally designed fixtures and software that are specifically tailored to meet the project's requirements. These drawings are submitted to the client for approval. Prototypes are also built to verify the design prior to full production.
Production/Installation
Products are manufactured after all testing and certifications are completed. Each product is configured before being shipped to the site for installation. Clearly defined assembly and quality assurance protocols are followed during the entire manufacturing process. Installation will be done by SGF if stated in the contract, but if not all work will be given to engineering team contracted by our clients

During the project design process, maintenance issues are noted to create an effective maintenance plan to help ensure the continued success of the project.
